From there, our experienced team guides you through concept planning, floor plan selection, or a fully custom design process. Once your design is finalised, we handle all approvals and prepare for construction. Throughout every stage, we keep you informed so you feel confident and involved.

Do you build on sloping or difficult blocks?
Yes, we specialise in custom homes, which means we regularly design for sloping, narrow, or complex sites. We take the time to understand your block and create a design that works with the land, not against it.

What is the timeline for a typical project?
Most homes take 6–9 months from the start of construction to completion, depending on the size and complexity of the design. Factors like council approvals, weather conditions, and custom inclusions can affect timelines. We’ll provide a clear schedule upfront and keep you updated throughout the build so there are no surprises.

Every home is different, so pricing can vary depending on design, site conditions, and selections. We provide transparent, tailored pricing early in the process so you have a clear understanding of your budget from the start.

Where do you service?
We primarily service Ballarat and surrounding regions, typically within an hour’s drive. If your project falls outside this area, feel free to reach out, we’re always open to discussing opportunities depending on the project.

Absolutely. All of our homes can be tailored to suit your lifestyle, block, and budget. Whether it’s small adjustments or a completely custom design, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

Do you help with permits and approvals?
Yes, we manage the process for you, including working drawings, engineering, and building permits, so everything is handled seamlessly.

Do you take on renovations, extensions or architectural projects?
Yes, we work across custom homes, renovations, extensions, and architectural builds, including heritage projects.
We take on a limited number of these projects each year to maintain a high level of detail and delivery. A minimum project value applies, which we’re happy to discuss early in the process.
These builds require a more considered approach, and we work closely with you, and your design team where required, to deliver a cohesive and well-executed outcome.
