- Engineered H2 Class Waffle Pod Concrete Slab. Final slab specifications will be confirmed through site-specific engineering.
- Plain Concrete Paving up to 60m2 including service paving, driveway & crossover paving and permit.

- At Oasis, we often receive compliments on our generous and thoughtful electrical inclusions. As a custom builder, we don’t set a fixed quantity across the board – Instead, we tailor the inclusions to suit the design and functionality of each home. Powerpoints and downlights are allocated based on the size and layout of the home to ensure convenience and practicality.
